Topics include systems planning, product quality and process capability, capacity planning, location and layout strategies, material management, scheduling and process improvement.

New products and technologies assure the future success of the companies. Ways and means for the development of products and technologies are communicated in this course. At the same time, the individual steps of the innovation process, from the production of ideas to product launch, are treated in real case studies by means of concrete examples.
