Frauen in Führung (Deutsch)
Strengthening women in leadership is the aim of this training session. During the training, participants raise their awareness of their individual strengths and practice assertive communication. This is increasingly important, especially in times of major transformations such as remote working, digitalization and the changing demands that younger generations place on their employers.
It is also about changing restrictive thought patterns such as exaggerated self-criticism, perfectionism or "wanting to please everyone" and thus laying an important foundation for self-confidence and expanding the opportunities for impact in the company in a way that benefits everyone. For example, by rethinking encrusted framework conditions in terms of a good corporate culture and more meaningfulness in the job.

- Reflecting on your inner attitude: knowing your (female) qualities
- The importance of skills such as empathy, conflict prevention or dealing with change
- Dealing with the child-career dilemma
- Strengthening your own foundation of self-confidence and self-awareness - changing restrictive thought patterns
- Dealing with perfectionism, self-criticism and wanting to please everyone
- Dealing with dominance and prejudice
- Communicating assertively: Addressing issues, pointing out opportunities for improvement, countering with a quick wit
